FieldBridge is looking for a Midland, TX-based Equipment Readiness Operator to work for the largest oilfield services company in the world. If you're looking for a place to build a career where you can quickly move up the ranks in both pay and position, this is the opportunity
Pay Rate / Schedule: $25/hr. M-F, work one week on days, next week on nights. 6 AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6 AM. Weekly pay + benefits. At 60 hrs per week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,750 gross.

Responsibilities:
- Ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication) to make job related calculations.
- General knowledge of cable testing procedures.
- Knowledge of basic electronics.
- Proficient with utilizing computers and Microsoft Office.
- Be available to work one-weekday shift and the next weeknight shift.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience operating with SAP.
- Minimum of 1 year experience required.
