FieldBridge is looking for a Midland, TX-based Equipment Readiness Operator to work for the largest oilfield services company in the world. If you're looking for a place to build a career where you can quickly move up the ranks in both pay and position, this is the opportunity

Pay Rate / Schedule: $25/hr. M-F, work one week on days, next week on nights. 6 AM to 6PM or 6PM to 6 AM. Weekly pay + benefits. At 60 hrs per week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,750 gross.

An Equipment Readiness Operator is responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment are properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for operation. This role involves regular inspections, troubleshooting, and performing necessary repairs or adjustments to maintain optimal performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to use simple mathematical calculations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication) to make job related calculations.
  • General knowledge of cable testing procedures.
  • Knowledge of basic electronics.
  • Proficient with utilizing computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Be available to work one-weekday shift and the next weeknight shift.
Requirement:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience operating with SAP.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience required.
