Job Summary Novant Health Sports Rehab clinic is seeking a Performance Specialist. The Performance Specialist is responsible for the coordination, supervision and implementation of specific wellness, performance and bridge rehabilitation programs. The candidate must have College / Professional Strength and Conditioning and/or Sports Performance Experience. Qualifications Education: BA/BS Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree required. Master's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Rehabilitation or related field preferred. Minimum of two years of training experience within a sports, performance based, athletics, collegiate, or professional sport setting preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM; BLS required. Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. BLS certified. Excellent presentations skills in various group setting. Strong customer service skills where servicing the client is top priority. Energy and passion for mentoring others to achieve their personal wellness goals. Social media experience, knowledge and participation.
