Job Description:

Maverick is seeking an experienced, full-time Remote Sales Business Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in sales within the creative services or related industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within target industry accounts including advertising agencies, marketing agencies and brands.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of Maverick's offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver effective client presentations to key stakeholders
  • Gain a clear understanding of client needs and provide value positioning on how Maverick's offerings can help.
  • Deliver regular status and result updates to internal teams.
  • Proactively and efficiently manage resources with dedicated teams and executive staff to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Accurately forecast business on a quarterly cadence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Must be able to work during various timezones, remotely utilizing video chats and telephone
  • 5+ years of successful business to business sales experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota.
  • Experience selling to professional services or business services. Experience selling to advertising, creative services, film, or related industries a plus.
  • Strong executive presence, communication skills, and credibility.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual/quarterly goals and targets.
  • Ability to handle multiple sales cycles simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting.
  • Ability to establish and manage executive-level customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated and enjoys working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a passion for innovation.
