Job Description:

We are looking for a strong BA/Eagle SME in STAR accounting and Performance. This role needs heavy interaction with portfolio managers, traders, business and Operation team.

Skills and Experience:

  • Eaglestar application/PACE expertise (Mandatory).
  • Business Analysis expertise in Investment operations,STAR accounting and Investment Performance (Mandatory).
  • Bloomberg AIM knowledge (Good to have).
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end investment operations lifecycle(Mandatory) (Derivatives/Equities, Fixed Income trade flows).
  • Asset Management/Capital Markets Knowledge (Mandatory).
  • Good understanding of investment Performance methodologies (i.e. TWRR, IRR, Attribution etc)
  • Detailed knowledge of Eagle Performance and hands on implementation/configuration experience of Eagle PACE.
  • Good Understanding of Data Management from an eagle performance perspective (i.e. PACE tables)
  • Exposure to private Equity/ Private Assets form a performance measurement standpoint.
  • Good Communicator and provider SME Level advisory in their utilization of Eagle Performance.
  • Good understanding of GIPs and blended benchmarks.
  • Minimum 15 years of work experience in USA(Mandatory).
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
