We are the employer of choice as the owner and operator of Ball Arena, DICK’S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre, 1STBANK Center, Denver Nuggets (NBA), the Colorado Avalanche (NHL), Colorado Mammoth (NLL), Colorado Rapids (MLS), KIMN,KXKL, KKSE (FM/AM), Altitude Sports & Entertainment, Major League Fishing/Fishing League Worldwide (MLFLW), Winnercomm, Outdoor Sportsman Group and SkyCam.

Nature of Work: Kroenke Sports & Entertainment is looking for an individual to assist the KSE Premium Services Team within the Business Development Department responsible for managing Premium Account Holders and relationships at Ball Arena. The Premium Account Manager role must have a proven track record in service and retention, specifically in the sports realm and be a professional and self-motivated individual.
  • Manage a portfolio of Ball Arena Suites and Theater Box Premium Members building strong and meaningful relationships.
  • Utilize CRM Database, to track and report progress of relationships. Through proactive communication, including phone calls, emails, client office visits, and other communication
  • Support year-round renewal efforts and overall service of accounts (in collaboration with Sr. Account Executive to meet defined renewal goals)
  • Collaborate with Director, Premium Client Services on annual Roadmap including touch point strategy, benefits management, and personalized client communication.
  • Work with Director of Premium Client Serviceson overall strategies tied to revenue, retention and overall service/experience as is related to Ball Arena Suite and Theater Box Premium Members
  • Manage Ball Arena Events Calendar and support Licensees Admin on Ticket Usage
  • Work with Premium Services Hospitality Teamon Food & Beverage catering needs, accountability for quality.
  • Collaborate with Premium Services Hospitality Teamon Events and Special Projects
  • Game Night Representative as Manager on Duty for minimum of 50 events per year.
  • Collaborate with Premium Hospitality Manager for Arena Partner Relationships on given Event night.
  • Assist in development, execution, and management of premium amenities.
  • Software: Archtics ticketing system and other platforms as assigned

  • BS/BA degree in field or related field
  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Compensation
  • Base salary range $75,000 per annum including bonus structure
  • Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
