PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for performing engineering and technical tasks, under general supervision, in support of nuclear plant operations. This role will involve participating in the development and implementation of effective processes and techniques, ensuring engineering products are in compliance with all regulatory requirements, and recommending improvements to standard processes and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Entry Level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering

  • Mid-level: Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of nuclear or related engineering experience

  • Senior: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer and 5+ years of engineering experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Engineer in Training certification
  • Strong grasp of techniques and a thorough understanding of the fundamental functions performed by the group
