Description

Southeast Healthcare is looking for a Triage RN in our Primary Care clinic. The Triage RN will be responsible for assessing patients' health concerns and providing appropriate nursing interventions and guidance. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial patient assessments.
  • Prioritize patient care based on clinical urgency.
  • Provide health education and self-care instructions.
  • Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists.
  • Document patient interactions and assessments accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical protocols and guidelines.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Position Requirements
  • Current RN license.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
