Supervise Excellence in Body Shop Operations

Are you ready to oversee critical body shop operations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency? Direct Body Shop Processes and Teams with Confidence

In this role, you will:
  • Oversee repairs, inspections, and quality control processes.
  • Lead teams in achieving operational success and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Foster strong, service-oriented relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met with precision.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using metrics to optimize body shop productivity and results.
Optimize Body Shop Operations Through Collaboration

Your leadership will be key in coordinating with multiple departments, such as Parts, Labor, and Client Services, to ensure seamless communication and flawless program execution. You will also:
  • Conduct time studies and audits to refine processes.
  • Ensure all billing, documentation, and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain readiness for ISO and customer audits by implementing effective quality standards.
Enhance Body Shop Leadership and Compliance

As a supervisor, your ability to balance technical expertise and team management will shine. You will:
  • Supervise and schedule staff to meet production goals and quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and execute training programs to support cross-functional team success.
Drive Success in Body Shop Operations with These Qualifications

We're seeking a leader with:
  • Experience: 3+ years in a body shop environment and 1+ year in a supervisory role.
  • Education: An Associate degree in Business or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Skills: Knowledge of body shop operations, safety regulations, and strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

The expected salary range for this role is set forth below. Ranges may be modified in the future.

Zone 2: Starting rate $78,000; up to $90,000 for highly qualified candidates
