FOVNDRY seeks a seasoned Account Executive to join our N. Bethesda (Rockville), MD team. This is a hybrid in-person/remote position. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading project management efforts for integrated marketing accounts in a cross-departmental agency environment; is well-versed in the tactical application of communications strategies across a suite of paid and organic print and digital media; is proficient in content development and optimization for digital media, with a strong writing foundation; and is eager to grow with our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build relationships and trust with existing client contacts to meet and exceed ongoing contract deliverables and overall expectations
  • Handle day-to-day tasks for assigned accounts
  • Participate in internal planning meetings, brainstorm sessions, and the development of integrated communications strategies
  • Participate in client immersion sessions and strategic, external planning meetings
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop client collateral in support of branding and creative, marketing, and public relations initiatives across paid and organic print and digital platforms
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of draft content for digital media, such as social posts and blogs
  • Plan, track, and manage project and client budgets and timelines, with the ability to identify issues quickly and effectively, and course correct as needed
  • Support the analysis, reporting, and presentation of effectiveness/performance of integrated marketing campaigns and efforts
  • Continually seek training and education in new skills and tools related to your work

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in a cross-functional agency setting
  • BA or BS in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications, discipline with a strong writing foundation
  • PMP or comparable project management certification
  • A strong understanding of the integrated relationship between marketing tactics and channels and an analytical approach to optimization
  • Experience using agency digital platforms for timekeeping, project management, etc.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), relationship-building skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize, accountable in meeting deadlines, and a willingness to take ownership
