RooterPLUS Plumbing and Septic was founded in 1994 with the goal of providing world-class customer service to all of Metro Atlanta. Twenty years ago, we started a Commercial Sales Division to cater to the numerous commercial properties and property management in the Metro area.
The commercial administrator is critical to the success of the sales and operations team and must possess a Can-Do attitude. Responsibilities Include:
- Pro-actively taking charge of customer requests by defining the problem, determining the cause of the problem, applying critical thinking skills for identifying, prioritizing, and developing a solution and ensuring the solution is implemented
- Monitoring commercial jobs on a daily basis by auditing the dispatch board and communicating with technicians and dispatchers for updates. Service Titan knowledge and experience is critical to this role.
- Thoroughly analyzing proposals submitted by technicians and ensuring they meet RooterPLUS pricing and guidelines for safety, pricing and accuracy
- Displays exceptional customer service skills in responding to all inquiries from clients, vendors outside agencies, internal departments, and coworkers when appropriate.
- Presents a positive, professional appearance and conveys a professional demeanor in the performance of assigned duties. Offering a pleasant attitude geared towards customer satisfaction and teamwork
- Promoting continuous, timely and productive communication and follow up between technicians, internal leadership team and external clients and partners
- Handling complex issues and tasks with minimal supervision and advising newer team members on solutions to issues they encounter
- Taking the initiative to put forth a significant amount of coordination and collaboration to ensure projects are executed as proposed
- Collaborate with your team and implement process improvement
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information in ServiceTitan software
- Tracking and updating calls on board from various sources (email, phone, text, etc)
- Creating detailed proposals for customers which are based on Technician's recommendations. This often requires researching plumbing terms as well as calling Technician for clarification of details.
- Everyday administrative tasks include filing, copying, scanning, editing and revising documents as needed.
- Provide phone back-up for CSR's.
- ServiceTitan experience preferred

Compensation: $20/per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- Bonus pay
