Digital Marketing Supervisor

SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Supervisor is directly responsible for the monitoring, planning and execution of digital media campaigns and social media channel utilization which showcases the ECCO available equipment and services. Through strategic planning with the HCMA marketing team, as well as internal department stakeholders, the Digital Marketing Supervisor drives the ECCO Brand awareness and digital equipment listings through various digital environments while releasing promotional and engaging content to drive sales leads via digital media platforms and social media channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor all relevant industry and competitor handles, channels, platforms, hashtags and digital content to ensure the Marketing team is aware of all relevant on-going communications
- Work directly with Head of Marketing to research, evaluate, plan and facilitate any relevant Brand promotion opportunities
- Collect, develop, provide internal review, release and monitor results from all current online platforms to ensure accurate equipment and pricing listings
- Coordinate with internal team for daily internal equipment and sales information content modifications
- Communicate directly with PR and Communication team members for planning, support and execution of all content activities within monthly content calendar development
- Produce reports on all activities for internal leadership team highlighting ROI metrics
- Utilizing software to monitor all competitor and customer activities across digital and social media channels with established key words and phrases within industry
- Work with Head of Marketing and internal stake holders to develop strategic approach and execution plan for digital marketing campaigns, social media content calendar and external communications
- Facilitate internal meetings with project team members as needed to ensure timeline accuracy and project outcome success for digital campaigns
- Coordinate with internal team members for graphic and content development support
- Create post-campaign evaluation reports to showcase the highlights and results compared to goals established with Head of Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in business related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years practical working experience in digital marketing field for OEM
- Previous experience with digital account monitoring and/or content posting software
