Responsibilities
What you'll be able to do:
Manufacturing Engineer positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI). Provide manufacturing engineering support throughout a new model program start through launch and 45 days post-launch. Implement new production equipment, operator workstations and facilities based on the product and process changes required for the new model. Support manufacturing pre-production builds to validate new equipment, processes and workstations. Assist with assembly tooling installation, start-up, and commissioning at the assembly site. Interface with cross-functional teams (incoming quality, design, and operations) to resolve issues.

A bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in engineering or a related field
2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience developing tooling or processes for new product launches
2 years of experience launching new automotive products
Position reports to Dearborn, MI office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office.
Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
We are offering a salary of $73,424 to $158,096 per year.
