7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Monday - Friday | $22 - $26 per hour depending on experience

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

As an Office Administrator, daily tasks include coordinating daily office operations, developing and coordinating program policies, procedures, and operations while also monitoring compliance, preparing a variety of accounting reports and invoices, processing payments to vendors and expense reports, coordinating travel arrangements and other special projects, processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining schedules for all employees, ensuring confidentiality is maintained regarding company business, and collaborating with other departments as needed.
