**Responsibilities

**

• Set up and operate welding equipment for production runs.
• Utilize CAD and CAM software to create and modify designs as needed.
• Implement and maintain ERP software for tracking production and inventory.
• Conduct troubleshooting on fabrication processes and equipment to resolve issues promptly.
• Use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure precision in fabrication.
• Perform quality control checks using quality control software and vision systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve fabrication processes and efficiency.
• Document and report on production metrics and quality assurance findings.

**Qualifications

• Proven experience in fabrication and welding setups.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Proficiency in CAD and CAM software.
• Experience with ERP software for production management.
• Familiarity with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Knowledge of quality control software and vision systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
