Responsibilities:

  1. Pre-Project Analysis:

    • Identify and define business problems and opportunities.
    • Develop business cases to ensure benefits align with strategic goals.
    • Support feasibility assessments from business, technical, and financial perspectives.

  2. Requirements Gathering:

    • Capture and document functional and non-functional business requirements using workshops, document analysis, site visits, use cases, scenario modeling, and task/workflow analysis.
    • Ensure requirements are clear, complete, specific, and align with project and business goals.
    • Create and manage a prioritized backlog (agile) or business requirements document (waterfall).
    • Refine requirements for design and implementation by Architects and Software Engineers.
    • Provide refined requirements in time for project iterations.
    • Manage the scope and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

  3. Process Modeling:

    • Document current (as-is) processes using process modeling techniques.
    • Present high-level solution options.
    • Design and model future (to-be) processes, perform gap analysis, and identify improvements.
    • Collaborate with Business Architect to ensure processes align with business and IT architecture.
    • Review and approve solution designs to verify and validate business requirements.

  4. Testing and Validation:

    • Collaborate with QA to develop test strategies, plans, and conditions.
    • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
    • Review and approve test scripts to ensure they meet business requirements.

  5. Change Management:

    • Track, manage, and communicate the benefits, impact, and release of changes.
    • Ensure end users and IT support teams are trained to use and maintain the application/solution.

SAP Integration Duties:

  • Support SAP integration with DX systems, focusing on FICO and HCM modules.
  • Gather requirements for new SAP APIs and interface modifications.
  • Coordinate communications, changes, and testing for SAP Integration.

Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO and HCM modules.
  • Experience in process modeling and requirement documentation.

This role ensures that the business needs are met through effective collaboration with IT and other stakeholders, focusing on delivering valuable outcomes and seamless SAP integrations.
