Claims Dispute Analyst

Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring cash management and updates. We are hiring 2 Claims Dispute Analysts to work in our Spring, TX office.
The Claims Dispute Analyst is responsible for overseeing processing all customer transaction disputes (Reg E claims) and deposit disputes for financial institution clients. This position will create the process and KPIs needed to accept claims from clients, track the claims, resolve the claims in a timely manner while and maintaining client communications until the claim is resolved.
- Receive, validate, and process claim documentation from the financial institution.
- Identify disputed transactions for the financial institution as a member or non-member of the financial institution.
- Research transaction information regarding the claim received via ATM journal records and information from systems of record.
- Provide Financial institution with ATM journal information when requested regarding a claim.
- Collaborate with the financial institution to approve or deny the claim based on supporting documentation collected.
- Resolve claims withing the time guidelines establish for claim resolution.
- Report monthly KPI’s for claims processed, approved, and declined. -
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated and deadline driven
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
