  This position will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for the entire sales staff, desking of all car deals and competing in the local marketplace. If you have successfully managed a sales force, have LUXURY brand experience, seasoned new car manager, used car manager, General Sales Manager, or General Manager experience, you should apply.     Additionally, a great track record with LUXURY brands, is a PLUS The right Candidate should have new and used inventory control skills.   • It is recommended that sales managers have at least five years in a dealership sales environment. 
  • Luxury automotive sales management experience is PREFERRED
  • Managers are required to maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction. 
  • Management personnel require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors, as they represent the dealership. 
  • A valid state sales license is often required.
