Think Tell Junction We are is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Entry Level Marketing Agent to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and contribute to developing and executing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized, and eager to build a career in marketing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, including events and trade shows, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing plans, budgets, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
