Description

Shifts: 1st shift Monday - Friday 7:00 AM until 3:15 PM
2nd shift Monday - Friday 3:00 PM until 11:15 PM
3rd shift Sunday - Thursday 11:00 PM until 7:15 AM

Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school diploma or GED. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Must submit to a background investigation including prior employment and education. Must submit to a drug screen. 

Purpose: 
Responsible for providing quality process and/or customer satisfaction and loyalty support. 

The Quality Control Assurance must be detailed, well organized and have understandings of the Client's Standard Operating Procedures in processes throughout the production floor. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Knowledge in a Print and Mail production environment
  • Experience in Print Operations Quality Compliance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
  • Understand production Standard Operating Procedures
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products , including excel
  • Above average math skills.

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:      

Will work with all levels within the company, reports directly to the Quality Supervisor.

Pay Transparency Statement:

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

The estimated salary range for this role is $16 per hour.
