Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Recruitment to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This role is crucial to our success as you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to support our growing business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the eCommerce industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the talent needs of the agency, aligning with our business goals and growth plans.

Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms and 3rd party contract recruiters.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and unique selling points to attract top-tier candidates.

Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on best practices for attracting and selecting candidates.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining a fair and equitable hiring process.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably within the eCommerce or digital marketing industry.

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS, preferably Lever).
