Position Summary:

Join our team as a Warehouse Operations Associate where you will be instrumental in selecting cases and containers of food and non-food products to fulfill customer orders. You will utilize electric pallet jacks and forklifts to manage multi-level rack warehouse storage systems efficiently, ensuring timely shipment while adhering to safety regulations and quality standards. Your role as a team member will involve collaborating with others in the department to meet the company's goals.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work area. Report any unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Review your work schedule, prepare supplies needed, and conduct safety checks on equipment.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy standards as per location guidelines.
  • Operate pallet jacks to retrieve products according to order sheets from multi-level racks.
  • Manually pick and place items on pallets as per order requirements.
  • Transport finished customer orders to the shipping dock, shrink-wrapping and labeling pallets as needed.
  • Perform battery maintenance on equipment and secure all tools at the end of your shift.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Must be able to work scheduled shifts and required overtime.
Capable of standing, walking, reaching, and lifting repetitively throughout the shift.
Able to lift, stack, and pull products weighing between 10-90 pounds from various heights during your shift.
Comfortable working in cooler, freezer, and dry environments.
Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
