SUMMARY: The IT Support Specialist assists the company in meeting its objectives and goals by supporting the IT Manager in the day-to-day IT operations and functions of the organization. Expertise in computer software, hardware maintenance, and technical support. Experience with repairing, diagnosing, and upgrading PC hardware and basic network troubleshooting. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to read and interpret communication styles of diverse team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Associate's degree in area of study related to this position. High School Diploma or equivalency required.
