Please note: for this position, we are seeking candidates that are either registered nurses (RN) or licensed practical nurses (LPN).

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Determine donor suitability

2. Perform Plasmapheresis and whole blood collections/donor care

3. Prepare and administer immunization injections (RN staff only)

4. Maintain records

5. Perform instrument/ equipment maintenance and QC

Job Specifications:

1. All experience levels considered

2. Previous work experience should demonstrate adaptability to changing priorities, excellent attention to detail, legible handwriting and the ability to deal effectively with people.

3. LPN or RN with current state license

4. Phlebotomy skills

5. Ability to work with a variety of personalities

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to stand for long periods of time.

2. Ability to tug, lift, and pull up to fifty (50) pounds.

3. Ability to operate/ navigate Donor Management software (NextGen with training) and Microsoft Office

4. Be able to bend, stoop or kneel.
