JOB TITLE: Housekeeper

JOB SUMMARY
With a patient centered culture, the Housekeeper will provide a positive experience to patients, customers, and our community through cleaning and servicing all areas of the hospital to provide a safe, aseptic and attractive environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Experience/Physical Requirements:
Heavy WorkExerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 50 lbs. of force frequently and/or in excess of 20 lbs. of force constantly.Previous housekeeping or custodian experience preferred.

JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Job SkillsPossesses sufficient job skills and knowledge to perform the job in a competent manner. Is able to demonstrate skills and knowledge in day-to-day situations. Policies and ProceduresAdheres to and follows the policies and procedures set forth by the hospital and the EVS department.
