Automotive Service Writer Apprenticeship

What will a Service apprenticeship do for you? Vic Vaughan Toyota of Boerne is the premier Toyota dealership in the San Antonio. We are offering a unique experience to candidates that want to gain work experience in the automotive service area of a busy dealership. With direct supervision you will have hands on training on greeting our service guests and making sure that their service needs are met from general maintenance to major repairs. Through this on the job training the trainee will gain a great knowledge of service writing which will prepare you for a rewarding career.

*** This is a 4 month apprenticeship, AND you will be paid during training. The salary range is $2,500-$4,000 per month commensurate with experience.

Learn to perform routine preventative maintenance under direct supervision, to include:

• Learn how to greet customers on the service drive
• Perform a mult point inspection
• Become Vaughan Automotive Selling System certified
• Recommend Services
• Do an active delivery
• Laison between and technician
• Provide world class customer service
