All rehabilitation department employees are responsible for transporting patients, clerical duties, and demonstrating teamwork. The Staff Physical Therapist organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, injury, or loss of a body part; help patient reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities.

The majority of your time will be spent with pelvic floor patients, flexibility to assist with coverage for other outpatient therapy types may be required. Weekend rotation is primarily focused on completing evaluations for nursing home facilities and hospital inpatients, with coverage required for approximately 4-5 weekends per year.

Requirements:

23.5 hours per week - First Shift

Valid PT License in State of Indiana

BLS/CPR Certification

Completed or Willing to Complete Pelvic Floor Training and Certification
