Office Administrative Assistant reporting to Human Resources Manager.

Education: High school diploma or GED required. Completed two years of college, preferred. Basic accounting coursework is a plus.

Experience: Two years' experience as a senior administrative assistant or office manager required; experience in the Home Building Industry is a plus. Must have experience and ability to successfully work with multiple managers. Knowledge of general office equipment and ordering supplies.

Skills: Proven time management skills; completing all tasks in a timely manner. Computer skills to include Internet, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required. Strive for continuous improvement and takes pride in all work performed. Demonstrates an ability to solve problems. Contributes to teams' success beyond immediate responsibilities. Projects professionalism at all times. Shows attention to detail and organization skills are essential. Generates solutions and implements them.

Position Summary: Provide exceptional customer service to everyone daily. The Office Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and in-directly to Department Managers. Assists office personnel in all matters related to greeting guests, ordering meals and properly setting out food, ensuring conference rooms and training room are organized for meetings/training and cleaned after each meeting/training. Responsible for invoice management, preparing and submitting check requests and monthly expense reports, preparing Division Presidents Letter, and providing assistance with special projects. Responsible for the preparation of UPS, FedEx, and USPS mailings. Open and distribute incoming mail and packages daily. Responsible for office and kitchen supplies. Ensure copier/printers are operating and stocked with paper. Manage offsite storage and company credit card statements. Participate in organizing and executing company functions. Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements as necessary. Identify areas in which you can assist in and proactively become involved. Create a work environment of teamwork, internal customer service and trust so that the needs of our customers and each other are met.

Hourly Rate: $30 - $40. Hourly rate subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, skills, knowledge and related experience.
