Responsible for managing a 3rd party testing system for Financial Applications testing (Tricentis: Qtest, Tosca, Neoload). Role would provide on-demand administration services, including user administration, seat management and reporting, license application, quarterly upgrade management (evaluation, application, launch execution, and QA with user base), collaborate with IT infrastructure team on AWS servers, manage and resolve ticket requests for issues on Tricents (from users), manage requests for updates in Tricentis workspaces, workflows, and fields (qTest). Role would run existing automated (Tosca) tests for internal financial application customers, and update automated tests after feature launches in production. This role is hands-on for technical support of Tricentis, as well as managing the product roadmap (QA 3rd Party tools for accounting systems).

REQUIRED SKILLS
5+ years of experience managing 3rd Party testing tools (administration, support, design), including automated and performance/stress testing
5+ years of experience in a quality assurance role
5+ years of experience supporting projects and/or product managers with implementations and feature releases
5+ years of experience with reporting metrics and status to senior management audience
2+ years of experience working with Tricentis testing products

PREFERRED SKILLS
BS/BA in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or equivalent education
Understanding of technology, at the system and commodity level as well as software and usability
Experience with SDLC lifecycles and multiple project management methodologies (with testing).
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with and influence others

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $52.29 to $58.10 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
