The Impact You Will Make
The Marketing System Specialist is responsible for assisting in the optimization of marketing systems and processes. This role will report to and support the Director, Data Analytics with various marketing responsibilities including system management, data analysis, process improvement and technical support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping maintain, optimize and troubleshoot CRM platform for both sales users and marketing automation.
- Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports and dashboards to track campaign and sales performance.
- Develop and refine marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to design, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns within the CRM platform.
- Provide technical support to team members on the use of systems and tools.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director of Data Analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, preferably supporting multiple functions.
- Experience working in Customer Relationship Management platforms, preferably HubSpot.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics and Meta
- Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Experience in developing and refining marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Knowledge and experience related to digital marketing including web, social, blog, SEO is a plus.
- Must be well organized, with a strong sense of priorities and objectives.
- Must have valid drivers license.
