Position Requirements High School Diploma, GED or equivalent from a recognized State or Federal accrediting organization required and 1 year or more of experience in Customer Service. Customer service, basic computer, and MS Office skills required. Preferred Requirements Associates Degree. 2 years or more of experience in registration in a high volume, face-to-face customer service healthcare setting. Medical Terminology.
