Present Solutions: Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospects through presentations, demonstrations, and proposals. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business development strategies. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, sales qualified opportunities, and revenue. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, preferably in Home Care. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
