Summary: Meta is seeking an experienced Administrative Partner to support up to three directors in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a strong problem-solver, detail oriented and organizationally skilled to manage nuanced calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time. Required Skills: Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities: Coordinate internal and external meetings Manage complex calendar set-up and movement Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings Build cross-functional relationships between departments General office duties as needed Travel up to 25% of time Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives Experience balancing competing priorities Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting senior-level executives, and adapting and anticipating a leader's needs Experience being flexible in adapting to swift changes on a dynamic team and business Experience supporting sales functions at a fast-paced, large scale company Experience coordinating large, complex events with 75+ attendees Adept at working with internal and external cross-regional partners across global time zones Experience learning and adopting new technologies BA/BS Public Compensation: $40.38/hour to $55.48/hour + bonus + equity + benefits Industry: Internet Equal Opportunity: Meta is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
