Bus Operator

We are seeking individuals to join our team as Bus Operators. No CDL experience required to apply. Our operators are responsible for the safe operation of passenger buses and providing excellent customer service. Duties include vehicle inspections, communication with dispatch, customers, and supervisors, fare collection, and adherence to operating rules and procedures. A $1,000 hiring incentive is available to all UTA operators. Minimum qualifications include completion of a paid bus operator training program, one year of customer service experience, safe driving record, and ability to meet physical requirements of the job. This role offers a training pay rate of $20.00/hr with guaranteed pay increases every six months, up to $25.69/hr. Apply by January 3rd, 2023.
