Job Description

Stamford Health Medical Group is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Primary Care team In this role, you will work alongside a team of exceptional physicians, APPs, and support staff members On a daily basis, our APRN/PA will see overflow patients, same day sick visits, triage patient phone calls and needs, & mentor non-APP staff.

Full time and part time opportunities

Schedule:

For Part time - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Fridays, 8-hours per day

For Full time - Monday through Friday, 8-hours per day

No weekends/holidays

Rotational telephonic on call during weeknights and weekends

Office Location: 372 Danbury Road, Wilton, CT

Qualifications

For APRNs:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of CT

A Master's degree is required for entry level practice.

An APRN license in the state of CT prior to start date is required.

Minimum of one year APRN experience required

For PAs:

Degree from an accredited PA school required
CT Physician Assistant License required prior to employment
BCLS, ACLS required

Minimum of one year PA experience required
