We're on the lookout for Shuttle Drivers to join our guest service squad for the winter season. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert, shuttling guests around Beaver Creek and elevating their mountain experience. Ready to ride with us? Let's make this ski season unforgettable

Duties Include:

In this role, you will be responsible for operating the shuttle vehicle to safely transport guests between the property & Beaver Creek, all while providing exceptional customer service. Your focus will be on ensuring passenger safety by following traffic laws and safety protocols, and maintaining a clean and presentable shuttle at all times. You'll also monitor weather and road conditions, adjusting your driving as needed for a smooth and safe journey. Regular vehicle inspections and accurate record keeping will be essential to keeping operations running smoothly.

The Goods: Onsite parking and ski breaks Take advantage of our Winter Incentive Program (Epic Merchant Ski Pass or end of season bonus) 3 day schedule gives you four days to ride a week

Job Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour plus tips

Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 10 hour shifts

Minimum Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a minimum age of 21.
  • Previous experience in shuttle driving and hospitality preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and effective responses to guest needs.
  • High standard of personal presentation, with a polite and friendly demeanor.
