We are seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in Vandenberg, CA supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Office of Commercial Space Transportation (AST). This role provides program management and technical support to accomplish tasks consistent with the FAA Acquisition Management System. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and timely management support for various tasks and projects, participating in government-led team meetings, conducting research, preparing meeting minutes, and providing HR and administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the AST office. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication and customer service skills are essential. If you have experience in project management, preparing briefing packages, and supporting operations or logistics to the FAA or other Federal Agencies, we encourage you to apply.
