Bilingual Dispatcher

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented, bilingual (English/Spanish) Dispatcher to support their logistics operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient transportation of shipments through their vehicle fleet and local agent networks, while meeting both company and customer requirements and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate shipment processing by sending pre-alerts to offices or agents.
Review and ensure accuracy of shipment documentation, labeling, and markings.
Track inbound and outbound shipments, communicating delays promptly.
Confirm shipment details (pieces, weights, dimensions) and enter them into the system.
Notify Supervisor and Customer Service of late pickups or missed flights.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of Export/Import processes.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills.

Must be available to work evenings and weekends, shifts are primarily evenings with day shifts on weekend work.
