Play Hard Care Deeply Grow Together Strive for Excellence Create Awesome Experiences Job Description Highlights: Reports To: Fitness Manager Location: Denver, CO Compensation: $18 - $19 Hourly Role Scope and Requirements: The Child Care Attendant is responsible for the daily coaching operations Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 10:45am and Saturday from 8:15am - 10:30am. They will assist in whatever duties he/she decides best meets the sales and operational goals of the program. This position will maintain a high level of coaching and supervising in all scheduled programs. This position will be a contact person for all parents and staff on the field where the Fitness Manager is not present. Take primary responsibility to maintain the day-to-day field operations in such a manner that the customers, their families, and guests enjoy a safe and fun environment. This includes: Take care of children while their parents exercise and partake in fitness classes, including changing and feeding.
