Job Description

If you said yes, working for PhotoBiz/Zibster might be for you PhotoBiz and Zibster deliver high-end business websites for photographers and small business owners. The Passionate Support that our Website Support Specialist provides is our most robust feature and sets us apart from our competitors. This position is on-site with no remote work. The work schedule is 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. What our Website Support Specialists do: * Build, design, and manage client websites. * Assist clients over the phone, by email, and through live chat to provide them with the right tools to manage their website and digital presence. * Serve as our Brand Ambassador, helping manage the relationship between PhotoBiz and our clients daily. * Field and troubleshoot technical questions and issues. * Set up and manage customer domains and webmail. * Answer various customer inquiries, including SEO, email campaigns, eCommerce, form set-ups, lead generation, and more. * Share design advice, provide website analysis, and assist with branding and other services. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Web/Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or similar programs. * Excellent customer service presence with strong written and verbal communication skills. * Some marketing, design, or sales experience in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of internet applications, social networks, browsers, and technologies.
