Summary: In this role, you will manage our sales staff. You will greet showroom visitors, facilitate test drives, collaborate with our sales team, conduct follow-ups, and manage a customer database. You are responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience both before and after purchase, driving loyalty by following up to ensure the customer had an excellent buying experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Provide training, guidance, and support to sales representatives to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
    • Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess and recognize achievements, as well as address areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with the inventory and finance teams to ensure optimal stock levels of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.
    • Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed decisions about inventory selection.
    • Foster a customer-centric environment, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
    • Resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and professional image for the dealership.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive Jaguar and Land Rover vehicle sales and meet dealership goals.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns to boost Jaguar and Land Rover sales.
    • Develop creative and impactful marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
Required Skills/Abilities:
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, preferably with a focus on High-Line vehicles.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, features, and technology.
  5. Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  6. Familiarity with dealership operations, including inventory management and customer service best practices.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Education and Experience:
  • Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent required
