A growing healthcare company is seeking a dynamic leader to manage intake operations. The ideal candidate will excel in dealing with crises and issues, handling a team of 10+ representatives, screening clients, managing escalations, and demonstrating strong people skills.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee and manage the intake process for new clients.
  • Lead and supervise a team of 10+ intake representatives.
  • Handle crises and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Screen clients to ensure they meet necessary criteria for services.
  • Manage escalations and provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Develop and implement intake procedures and policies.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor new and existing intake staff.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in client screening and intake processes.
  • Ability to handle escalations and provide effective resolutions.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Background in healthcare or related field is a plus.


Salary: $80k - $100k/Year
