Financial Systems Administrator

Vaco is currently hiring for a Financial Systems Administrator for a client in Beloit, WI on a temporary to hire basis. This is a hybrid position.
Top things they will be handling:
- Enterprise Performance Management system administration
- Design, develop, configure and test EPM modules and reports.
- Collaborate with accounting/finance team members, IT Application Owners, EPM system vendor representatives and third-party consultants on system requirements and enhancements.
- Financial Reporting
- Month, quarter, and annual report preparation and review.
- Journal entry preparation.
- Internal control review tasks to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Other
- Participate in training sessions to work towards OneStream system administrator certification.
- General ledger account review and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.
- Development of budgeting and forecasting tools, reports and processes.
- Special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Technical writing and process development.
Education: Bachelor's in accounting/finance/computer info

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
