Disburse loan proceeds. • Process adverse action forms for denied loans. • Maintain member loan files: supporting loan documents, check-back’s. • Prepare Funds in Progress report. • Audit Real Estate loan files. • Prepare and administer closings for Real Estate Loans. • Cross sell other credit union services. • Any other duties assigned by management.• Community involvement is a requirement of this position as outlined in the ServU Employee Handbook • Complies with all federal, state, and organizational policies, procedures, and processes, including (but not limited to) the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
