Occupational Therapist (PRN)

We have full-time and PRN openings for Occupational Therapists. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care and support to patients on their journey to recovery. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and have the chance for professional growth within the national post-acute care leader Encompass Health.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy treatment and patient care according to hospital, state, and federal regulations.
  • Effectively delegate tasks and supervise occupational therapist assistants and technicians.
  • Maintain open communication with hospital departments to ensure patient, staff, and hospital needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Current state licensure or certification.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Successful completion of a degree from an accredited therapy program.
  • Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers.
