Digital Implementation Specialist

Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for a Digital Implementation Specialist to be part of revolutionizing these industries.
We are looking for a Digital Implementation Specialist to provide in-market support focused on education and supporting the local sales & operations teams on the new digital tools and workflows. Join our team as we revolutionize the home building industry
What You Will Do:
- You will be responsible for implementing digital tools & services for all BFS markets.
- You will interact directly with internal and external customers to consult on system configuration needs.
- You will analyze business requirements for system configuration and software enhancements. You will articulate requirements to the product team and then test/set up the new functionality for the customer. You are the liaison between the "industry" and the "software" experts.
- You will understand and educate the local BFS Markets on digital tools, workflows, and processes.
- You will provide support, through questions and training for new and existing team members.
- You will be a pivotal resource for our clients with configuration, testing, training, and issue resolution. Your focus is to ensure our customers are satisfied with their used of digital tools and that the system is configured to meet their needs. This will include ongoing support and maintenance of a customer's configuration to ensure our system evolves as their business needs evolve.
- You will focus on adoption and usage metrics. You will provide communication around progress of adoption and new initiatives.
- You will work within our CRM tools and keep clean and accurate data.
- Must reside in the Nashville, TN area.
- You have 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Software Implementation or Support role.
- You will need critical thinking, requirement gathering skills, and proven problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in digital communication (email, text, etc.). You know when to pick up the phone, or when to message or when to show up in person.
- You are comfortable using a CRM, and understand the value of good data in. If you understand how to mine CRM data to make decisions and strategies, even better
- You are known for being able to stay present, providing solutions. You will learn with us, as we learn from the past, but you will be ready to affect the future.
- You have strong presentation skills. You are adept with Microsoft PowerPoint & Outlook for creating presentations and communication.
- You are flexible, able to adjust and change direction as the business & tech environments evolve & change. You are entrepreneurial in spirit; unchartered territories & problems energize you. You can thrive in the unknown and adapt to changing business needs. This invigorates you and makes you want to dig in.
- You will be traveling regionally/locally to BFS daily, travel would flex, but range up to 80%.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $48,525 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
