Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner to join our tech team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision and strategy for our technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, and marketing to ensure the successful delivery and enhancement of our products, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that features and enhancements deliver maximum value.
  • Collaborate with development teams to translate requirements into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the product backlog, balancing competing priorities and making data-driven decisions to guide the development process.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of product features and updates, coordinating with project managers and development teams to address potential risks and obstacles.
  • Lead product demonstrations and stakeholder meetings to keep all parties informed of progress and gather feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and keep the product competitive.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • English C1/C2
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Proven experience in defining and executing product strategies and managing product lifecycles.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive decisions and measure product success.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with product management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and an understanding of UX/UI principles.
