NOC Technician

The Technician, NOC will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network and systems of the organization. They will work closely with other NOC professionals to ensure that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. The NOC Technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network and systems to ensure they are running smoothly
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise
  • Work closely with other NOC technicians to ensure that all systems are running efficiently
  • Document and troubleshoot all network, system issues, and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in network and system administration
Qualifications:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in network ISP and system administration
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
