Maintains and presents visual displays in a compelling and exciting manner in accordance with company directives. Oversees and maintains daily standards of all mannequins, forms, displays and strike points. Focusing on Head-to-Toe merchandising, outfitting, accessorizing, newness, and trend to promote and assist in building the basket. Assists sales prep team in delivering their responsibilities. Displays Service and Selling standards in alignment with company’s expectations. Assists in recovery of the apparel department including straightening, folding, fitting room & front end go backs. Assists the Apparel Sales and Service Team and Apparel Sales Prep Team as needed / directed QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent No experience required, prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred. Targeted Pay Range: $14 - $21. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
