Job Summary: As the Head Nurse for 3 East and 3 North, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our patients receive the best care possible. Your leadership and clinical expertise will be crucial in guiding our team and enhancing patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support our wonderful nursing staff on the 3 East and 3 North units.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
• Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with our fantastic multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentor and provide professional development opportunities for our nursing staff.
• Monitor and improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation.
• Implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
• At least 5 years of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical skills in oncology and post-operative care.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• A great people personality with the ability to connect and inspire.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
