The Junior Systems Network Administrator is a key contributor to our Information Technology team. Primary responsibilities include configuring and supporting enterprise solutions in the cloud and on-premises sometimes working independently and requires a high degree of self-motivation, drive, and follow-through.

What you will do:

  • Support and assist with securing server environments in the cloud and on premises
  • Support and maintain on premises and cloud infrastructure
  • Administer network switches, firewall, and routers
  • Investigate and resolve technical problems and performance issues
  • Monitor systems, respond to issues, and provide performance metrics
  • Proactively identify areas that need improvement and assist with developing solutions to address them
  • Develop and maintain documentation
  • Create and streamline processes that impact the company as a whole
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Work with Support Teams in resolving service requests
  • Provide on-call support on a rotating schedule
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
How you will shine:
  • 3+ years IT Technical Support
  • 1+ year Windows 10 Pro+ systems support
  • Intermediate understanding of Wireless technologies, VOIP, Cloud, Internet, and Networks
  • Experience running small projects
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on documentations, tasks and complete projects
  • Excellent customer support skills and a positive attitude
  • Passion for learning, growing, and improving
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a growing, multi-faceted environment
